Could the song be more perfect for this film?
No.
I love the rock ambient and the sadness feeling that accompanies us during the last part of the film, beginning with the death of one of his children.
Kirsten gives the impression that Marie Antoinette knew what was going to happen to her but she couldn't do anything to change her destiny. The image of the destroyed bedroom was the perfect end for the film.
"But this is ridiculous..." "This, madame, is Versailles"
Most of the piano songs are composed by Dustin O'Halloran, I recommend you to listen to these ones: Opus 23 (the saddest song I've ever heard, yet beautiful) and Opus 17.
If you loved those you will adore the song featured on the Audi Rhythm of Lines tv advert, also composed by Dustin O'Halloran. It is the most magical song they have put on tv. It was a total coincidence because I loved the Marie Antoinette songs and the Audi song, and when I found the piano sheets I realised it was the same composer!
I learned them on the piano and it sounds like heaven.

Me encanta el ambiente de rock y el sentimiento de tristeza que acompaña durante la última parte de la película, a partir de la muerte de uno de sus hijos.
Kirsten transmite la idea de que Marie Antoinette sabía lo que le iba a pasar, y no podía hacer nada para cambiar su destino. La imagen del dormitorio en ruinas es sin duda el mejor final que podrían haber hecho para la película.

La mayoría de las canciones de piano están compuestas por Dustin O'Halloran, os recomiendo que escuchéis estas dos: Opus 23 (la canción más triste que he oído, pero preciosa a la vez) y Opus 17.
Dustin también compuso la canción del anuncio de Audi Rhythm of Lines. Suena a coros celestiales, sin exagerar y aunque suene cursi. Lo descubrí por casualidad totalmente, me encantaban las canciones de la película y la del anuncio, y fue una casualidad increíble que las hubiera compuesto el mismo.
Me las he aprendido en el piano y suenan maravillosamente.
