A pirate in a Dior boutique

It has been ages since I last posted an editorial, or, well, an editorial that wasn't photographed by Steven Meisel for Vogue Italia. So when I remembered these one, I knew I had to post it.
When I first saw it, I didn't even think it was Sasha Pivovarova. It could have been some extra actor from Pirates of the Caribbean, and the picture of her in the bath she looks exactly like Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow (Captain Jack Sparrow). By the way, do you think they will give him an Oscar for Sweeney Todd? I don't think so, but he deserves it, he's one of the best actores of this time. And talking about the Oscars... what a disappointment. Like Atonement, another disappointment (okay, the costumes were fabulous, but it is not the main issue of a film). I am really angry with what they have done with the nominees. It seems like there are just five or six films, when we have seen a lot of good films this year.

Well, let's go back to the editorial. Sasha dans la peau de John Galliano, that is, Sasha as Galliano. I love the feather hat she is wearing. It is a mix between Johnny Depp + Galliano + Some indian.

Peter Lindbergh is another genius, too.

Hacía tiempo que no posteaba una editorial, o más bien, una editorial que no fuera de Steven Meisel en Vogue Italia. Así que cuando me acordé de ésta, supe que os la tenía que enseñar. Cuando yo la vi por primera vez, ni siquiera pensé que fuera Sasha Pivovarova la modelo, ¿a que no? Podría pasar perfectamente por algún extra de Piratas del Caribe, y en la foto de ella en la bañera podría ser Johnny Depp en plan Jack Sparrow (Capitán Jack Sparrow). Por cierto, ¿créeis que le darán el Oscar por Sweeney Todd? Yo creo no, pero realmente se merece ya algún Oscar, porque es uno de los mejores actores que existen. Y hablando de los Oscar... qué decepción. Como Expiación, otra decepción (Vale, los vestidos eran preciosos, pero eso no es ni de lejos lo principal de una película). Me parece fatal que hayan concentrado todos los premios en sólo tres o cuatro películas, como si no hubieran hecho más películas en todo el año.
Bueno, volvamos a la editorial. Sasha Pivovarova dans la peau de John Galliano, o sea, Sasha como Galliano. Me encanta el sombrero de plumas blancas que lleva. Es una mezcla de Johnny Depp + John Galliano + Un indio.

Peter Lindbergh es otro genio, también.

BEHIND THE SCENES

It is great that I found the pics of the shooting of the editorial, because usually we hardly get to see the making of the editorials. Peter Lindbergh seems a very fun man to work with.
And also I love the house decoration, it looks like an abandoned palace.

Me alegró mucho encontrar estas imágenes del shooting de la editorial, porque apenas hay fotos del backstage normalmente. Peter Lindbergh (el de la camisa azul) parece un hombre de lo más simpático.
También me encantan los decoraados, da la sensación estar en un palacio abandonado.

"OMG, look at your face! Hahaha!"
