Monday was a day I'll never forget. I went to Madrid Fashion Week, I attended Miguel Palacio's show (I loved it, I have to post about it) and TCN's (it was really nice, very wearable). Tiziana Domínguez, Adolfo Dominguez's daughter, showed us the collection they were showcasing in a few hours, and I have to say she's truly charming. I have to post about it too.
Between shows, I participated in the contest "Become a stylist for a day" at the stand of the Hello magazine. Using clothes by spanish designers, I created a look that model Yenifer Solis wore. I could choose the make-up and hairstyle design too to pair the style. Lucía Pando (make-up) and Xavi García (hair) from Salon44 made the model look even better. Angélica Dass gave advice about the styling choices, and Juan Vaquero photographed the result. I chose a sporty look, with an ethnic touch, with a Davidelfin dress, Kina Fernández sandals, Pedro del Hierro scarf, and handbags by Juanjo Oliva, Ailanto and Devota&Lomba. More than 20 stylists, bloggers, fashion students and celebrities participated in the contest creating their own looks. You can see the rest of looks here.

The winner was announced that evening, and it was me! I was totally surprised. My look was the jury's favourite, and at the Hello stand, Modesto Lomba (designer and president of ACME), Mercedes Urrea (from hola.com) gave me the prize (a voucher to spend in spanish designers clothes), and the model Malena Costa wore my look. She looked amazing. Mariló García, from Yonomeaburro, was the finalist.

After the prizes presentation, I returned home, and in a hurry, I went to the Larios Calendar Party. This year's calendar is made of 12 shortfilms. We saw the films at the premiere, and afterwards, the party started. In a few minutes it was crowded with celebrities and fashionistas. I saw Malena Costa again, in a spectacular minidress. Ana Locking was the favourite designer amongst the attendants: Raquel Sánchez Silva and Kateryna Strygina wore outfits from the new collection just showcased the day before.

El lunes fue un día memorable. Estuve en Cibeles, en el desfile de Miguel Palacio (me encantó, tengo que hacer un post), y en el de TCN (me gustó, todo muy ponible). Tiziana Domínguez, hija de Adolfo Domínguez, nos enseñó la colección que iba a presentar en unas horas, y pude ver que es realmente encantadora. También tengo que hacer un post sobre ello (¡se acumulan las cosas!).
Entre un desfile y otro, participé en el concurso "Conviértete en estilista por un día" en el stand de la revista Hola. Con las prendas de varios diseñadores españoles, elaboré un estilismo que lució la modelo Yenifer Solis. El maquillaje y el peinado también se podían adecuar al estilismo, Lucía Pando (maquillaje) y Xavi García (peluquería) de Salon44 fueron los que llevaron a cabo el look que había elegido, Angélica Dass asesoraba en el proceso de estilismo, y Juan Vaquero fotografió el resultado. El look deportivo con un toque étnico se componía de un vestido-camiseta de Davidelfín, sandalias de Kina Fernández, pañuelo de Pedro del Hierro, y bolsos de Juanjo Oliva, Ailanto y Devota&Lomba. Más de 20 estilistas, bloggers, estudiantes de moda y celebrities escogieron sus diseñadores favoritos para crear sus looks y participar en el concurso. Aquí podéis ver todos los conjuntos.
El look ganador se anunciaba esa misma tarde, y fue toda una sorpresa saber que mi estilismo había sido el favorito entre el jurado y había resultado ganador. En el stand de Hola, Modesto Lomba (diseñador y presidente de ACME), Mercedes Urrea (de Hola.com) me entregaron el premio (un vale para comprar ropa de diseñadores españoles en el espacio Creadores de El Corte Inglés), y la modelo Malena Costa se vistió con las prendas que había elegido. Le quedaban estupendamente. Mariló García, de Yonomeaburro, fue premiada como finalista.
Despúes de la entrega de premios, fui a casa, y a velocidad del rayo, salí a la fiesta organizada con motivo de la presentación del nuevo Calendario Larios, compuesto por 12 cortometrajes. Tuvo lugar en El Retiro, en la Casa de Vacas. Finalizada la premiere, empezó la fiesta, y en poco tiempo se llenó de celebrities y fashionistas. Pude ver de nuevo a Malena Costa, que se había preparado en tiempo récord y lucía espectacular. Entre los diseñadores que más éxito tuvieron en las celebrities, destacó Ana Locking, que vistió a Raquel Sánchez Silva y Kateryna Strygina con la colección de invierno presentada un día antes.
