I can't decide which style I like the most. The french fille coquette et petite? She wears ballerinas, bows, diadems, cardigans and sweet colors. The elegant and simple? She wears black and white, beautiful hats and high heels, she reads Jane Austen and watches Audrey Hepburn films. The rock girl? She loves leather jackets, ray-ban aviators, she wears a irina-esque fringe and listens to The Strokes in her black ipod. The modern one? The colors of her closet are fluor, neon, bright yellow and fuchsia, there isn't a single natural fabric, she wears vinyl trousers and she'd kill for a Martin Margiela show pass. The surfer girl? She has long hair, she wears bathing suits as underwear and no make-up, she listens to the Beach Boys and her favourite film is "Blue Crush". The hippie? Her hair is longer than her legs, she only buys natural clothes, she's vegetarian and her motto is "make art, not war".
So, after I wrote this, I came to the conclusion that I'm a mix of all. One of my favourite films is "Breakfast at Tiffany's", I wear no make-up (I swear that's true), I have long hair, I love leather jackets, I wish I could dress like Robin Wright-Penn in "Forrest Gump", I love vinyl trousers, I love bright colors, and the only shoes I wear are a pair of black ballerinas and a pair of brown leather menorquinas.
Lately I've dying for a new hairstyle. I want it in a hippie style, with little colourful beads, like Jack Sparrow (I mean, Captain Jack Sparrow) in Pirates of the Caribbean, but then I realize it doesn't fit with my plastic raincoat and the high heels.
You see, that's a big problem my friends. Haha.
So, while I think of what can I do, let's enjoy this great editorial from Citizen K.
