Nine Stories by J. D. Salinger
I love these short stories, Salinger is such a great writer. I think it is amazing how he managed to write a whole story in "Franny and Zooey" just by a dialogue and the wonderful descriptions of the characters.

Uptown Girls
Britanny Murphy, Dakota Fanning (that girl is an amazing actress, don't you think?) and Jesse Spencer.
The clothes are beautiful in this film, and the story of the two girls is beautiful too. I love the part when she's selling her clothes and a woman wants to buy a dress, but she tries to stop her saying "No! That's an authentic Anna Molinari!"

MARC JACOBS: WINONA RYDER

Opinión: Ésta campaña junto con la de Dakota Fanning son las únicas que realmente me gusten que haya fotografiado Jüergen Teller. Bueno, en realidad todas las campañas de Marc Jacobs las fotografía Jüergen, así que no hay muchas opciones.
En primer lugar, me gusta por Winona. Sale muy graciosa y natural, algo que consigue Jüergen en todas las fotografías. Me gusta la segunda foto, con todos los platos llenos de comida desperdigados por el suelo, tiene su gracia.

En segundo lugar, por los tonos. Son todos tonos cálidos, hogareños.
Otra campaña que tiene Marc Jacobs con Teller es la de Sofia Coppola, pero ésta no me llega a convencer, es un poco antiestética.

"Modelos" estrella

Esta temporada Primavera/Verano 07 llega de campañas protagonizadas por estrellas del cine... ¿lo hacen mejor que las modelos profesionales? Ellas demuestran que sí, y el photoshop también (exceptuando la campaña de Marc con Dakota)

Seguramente que ya habíais visto estas fotos, y si no, os lo explico:

La colección de Primavera-Verano de Marc Jacobs de este año será representada por Dakota Fanning (la Guerra de los Mundos, Niñera a la Fuerza, El Escondite...). Han hecho mini-vestiditos a la medida de Dakota, y Marc está encantado con el resultado.

La primera vez que vi estas fotografías dije: "Pero en qué estaría pensando Marc Jacobs para cometer este error tan grande". Cuanto más miraba las fotos, más me gustaban. Hasta el punto en que me han llegado a encantar.
