L'Oréal Paris organized a blogger event to show us their new hair care products for the "Mediterranean" hair type.

Beatriz Matallana, official L'Oréal Make-up and Hair artist was there and she taught us how to achieve this summer's hairstyles: a surfer look, a super straight style, then various buns, and the braided headband! That's my favourite. I recorded everything on video for you. Hope you like it!

Ryan Gosling, new style crush

José Luis posted on monday this great article on his blog, Esmoquin Room, about Ryan’s latest appearances on red carpets and formal events. I really liked his acting, but I had never realized how amazingly stylish he is. José Luis wrote about his most elegant and formal looks, and I can say that Ryan Gosling is the best dressed actor right now. He outshined all the starts at Cannes. He’s got a lot of attitude: he can walk and play the ukelele at the same time ;)

I’ve found hundreds of pics of Ryan, and I had to post them here. These looks are more sporty and spontaneous. I’m sure you’ll love it. Even though I’m a girl, I can be inspired by his outfits too!

Serena or Blair: who’s your favourite Upper East Sider?

I’ve said a couple of times on this blog that Gossip Girl used to be a great tv show, but it isn’t anymore. Nevertheless, I have to admit that I watch it every week and I still enjoy it. It’s still inspiring and it’s great how they always have something to celebrate: “Hey, Lily might be going to jail, let’s party!”

The costume direction is still great, and the personality of the two main stars remains intact. Like on every couple, there’s a favourite that we defend to death. Monica Geller or Rachel Green? Robert Redford or Paul Newman? Eric Northman or Bill Compton?

Now that the last episode of the fourth season has been aired, I wanted to know which is your favourite Upper East Sider. Blair or Serena? Elegance or bohème? Evil or innocence?

He dicho un par de veces en el blog que Gossip Girl era una de las mejores series de televisión, pero que ha empeorado mucho. De todas formas, tengo que admitir que sigo viéndola cada semana y aún me encanta. The best swimsuits and where to find them – for less than $50

Swimsuits are one of the most elegant clothes for summer. I wish I could wear Michael Kors and Norma Kamali swimsuits all summer. Sadly, I still have to save some money until I can afford one of those.

Nevertheless, I’ve found beautiful swimsuits on high street shops for less than $50. Cute swimsuits are hard to find. Bikinis are everywhere, but not anyone can design a pretty swimsuit.
